Community & Social Responsibility - REPL Group

Community & Social Responsibility

REPL Group is committed to delivering world class services and products within a framework of best practice corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability.

We ensure our business is conducted in accordance with rigorous ethical, professional and legal standards, and adhere to all applicable local laws and international regulations.

Our employees apply common sense and calculated logic in the implementation of these commitments, and extend the high level of courtesy expected by our clients and society in general.

Our customers are our core focus; we fully understand that we only function to service our clients. It is the responsibility of every employee to ensure that any contact with our clients and the public at large reflects professionalism, integrity and honesty.

We treat our suppliers as our partners and work very closely with them to help us achieve our policy aspirations in the delivery of our products and services to our clients.

Our sustainability strategy confirms our intention to go further than current mandatory requirements on environmental matters in design, product selection and procurement; and to exercise more environmentally friendly options whenever available and commercially viable.

We also recognise the importance and our responsibility to the wider community, and strive to regularly contribute back into society. Each year we commit funds for charitable donations and sponsorship, and support our own staff on various fundraising activities.

Charity Focus: Molly Olly’s Wishes

Molly Ollys Wishes

REPL Group and staff have supported the Molly Olly’s Wishes charity with a variety of fundraising activities and donations.

The charity, nominated by a member of staff whose daughter was a close school friend of Molly, supports the lives of children with terminal or life threatening illnesses throughout the UK, as well as advising and helping their families.

Donations help support children and their families in the community who need additional help beyond that given by the NHS and its supporting bodies. That help may be in the form of equipment, alternative therapy treatment or special occasions for children who may otherwise be isolated from events due to the restrictions of their illness.

SPONSORSHIP: Stratford-Upon-Avon Cricket Club

Stratford Cricket Club

REPL Group is proud to support grassroots sport as the main sponsor of Stratford-upon-Avon Cricket Club.

Cricket has been played at the Swans Nest Ground for almost 120 years, and it has played host to a number of Warwickshire’s First Class matches, as well as a women’s One Day International.

The club has produced a number of professional cricketers, including the recently retired captain of Warwickshire CC Jim Troughton. The Club is represented by three senior teams and also has a thriving junior section which this season comprises eight sides from U10 to U17, and competes in the Warwickshire Cricket Board competitions.
