Chief Executive Officer & President
Mike founded REPL in 2007 with Chris Love.
He is widely experienced across all aspects of the retail process, specialising in business analysis and strategy, team leadership and change management.
As Chief Executive Officer, Mike takes responsibility for the company’s global growth and future direction.
Chief Business Development Officer
With nearly 20 years’ experience working in retail and supply chain, Chris has gained broad experience across all retail functions and disciplines, having worked operationally and on many large technology and change projects.
Since starting REPL he has worked with many of the world’s largest retailers, helping deliver transformational projects delivering real and quantifiable benefit. As a recognised expert in the workforce management space he is often called upon to provide best practise insight on these projects.
Chief Operating Officer - Digital
Thomas is an experienced programme delivery director who has worked for some of the largest companies in the world across industries including retail, oil & gas, charity and banking.
He joined REPL after 11 years at Accenture, and since then has played a key role in establishing REPL as a leading retail consultancy and technology firm. He leads our point of sale, cards acquiring and ecommerce / multichannel business areas.
Chief Technology Officer
Bryan has over 15 years’ experience in the software industry as lead developer, technical director and chief technology officer, delivering large scale global projects, mission critical applications, and technical architecture across a multitude of platforms. With a background in cutting edge AAA games development, Bryan brings an exciting and innovative approach to technology.
Director and VP of Business Development
James has close to 20 years’ experience working in supply chain, manufacturing, retail and logistics; gaining broad experience of all supply chain functions and disciplines from time spent time working operationally, technically and through various project and programme management roles. Since joining REPL he has worked with many of the world’s largest supply chains, logistics operations, retailers and manufacturers helping deliver transformational projects delivering real and quantifiable benefit.
Director and VP of Digital Business Development
Michael’s background in leading innovative IT product development teams, positioned him well for Head of Retail Technology role at one of the world’s largest grocery retailers, Tesco, head-quartered in the UK. While at Tesco, Michael held accountability for delivering global IT solutions for the retailer. After a number of very successful years at Tesco, Michael joined REPL Group, where he now heads-up Digital Business Development, delivering strategic technology solutions for the retail market worldwide..
Chief Operating Officer
With a background across utilities, manufacturing, wholesale and retail environments, Cerys is a qualified accountant with wide-ranging business strategy and change experience. Before joining REPL she worked in enterprise-level roles including head of strategic planning, business change manager and head of retail IT; she also has hands-on experience of implementing workforce management and back office systems.
Chief Finance Officer
As Chief Financial Officer at REPL, Lorraine maintains operational and financial oversight of REPL’s global business.
Having started her career with one of the world’s top four professional advisory groups, Lorraine is a now a senior operations and financial executive and Chartered Accountant, with extensive experience in blue chip corporate and entrepreneurial SMEs in both a consulting and client capacity.
Matthew has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality, supply chain and retail sectors, specialising in business process design and change management. He also has a strong project management background and has worked in this capacity on a number of large back office system implementations over the past five years.
