REPL Group, part of Accenture, has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Change Manager to join our growing Business Change Practice.

You will be responsible for creating, designing, and leading end-to-end change management workstreams on a variety of our client projects, with a focus on user adoption and creating sustainable, lasting change.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Creating innovative and human-centred Business Change Management strategies and plans to support our clients with their change projects
  • Manage a team of Business Change Consultants to complete business change activities
  • Help build an industry-leading change management practice by supporting in the creation of sales and bid materials, supporting in the iteration of practice materials, approach documents and templates and identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their overall project plans
  • Support in the identification and assessment of business requirements, identifying the people impacts of change
  • Co-ordinate business change impact assessments and the design of the business change strategy and resulting activities
  • Produce and maintain change mitigation/benefit realisation plans, assessing the effectiveness of associated activities
  • Lead the Business Change Workstream including communications, engagement, training and adoption activities
  • Assess business readiness for change and recommend activities to embed the change within the business
  • Assist the project team to ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans, user acceptance activity and training material
  • Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, including REPL resources, client teams and other third parties

What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience of leading business change management workstreams on both smaller and complex projects
  • Knowledge and understanding of business change management methodologies, tools and techniques
  • The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers and subject matter experts
  • Ability to deliver across a variety of delivery methodologies including waterfall, agile and hybrid models
  • Strong business and systems analysis skills with the ability to troubleshoot when required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage all types of audiences
  • A desire to help grow our business change practice and develop our internal teams.
  • Confident in using total MS office suite

It would be ideal if you had:
  • A Change Management qualification (e.g. Prosci, APMG) or experience in business change management from a leading consultancy
  • Experience of using communications and training software to enable change management programmes
  • Knowledge/training in Leadership development and coaching
  • Understanding and previous experience of using Design Thinking principles
  • Good knowledge and experience of Retail including areas such as;
  • Workforce transformation
  • Retail supply chain
  • Store stock management
  • In-store technology
