Learning and Development Lead

We’re looking for a Learning and Development Lead to own the implementation and management of the Learning & Development strategy within REPL globally. The role will focus on building upon the strategy, designing and delivering impactful training solutions across a variety of consultants with various development requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Overall responsibility to own and implement the learning and development strategy for REPL globally
  • Strive to develop market leading training for the consulting team (300+ and growing)
  • Build a strong base of training collateral and continually iterate and develop new focus areas driven from market need
  • Act as the first point of contact for all training and development requirements and queries within the organisation
  • Maintain a full working knowledge of each business unit to work alongside leaders to design effective training programmes
  • Responsible for end to end learning and development process
  • Recommend and adopt a blended approach of training techniques including classroom sessions, coaching and e-learning
  • Deliver new and specialised training programmes
  • Build relationships with external training suppliers
  • Ensure the design of core curriculum for all employees (i.e. code of conduct)
  • Monitoring of impact and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

  • Prior Degree, CIPD or CTP qualified
  • Ability to translate strategy and theory into executable training and outputs
  • Relevant experience of delivering third party training solutions to varied audiences
  • Track record of management development through the application of varied training and development techniques
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation and coaching skills with experience of delivering training
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Experience working with IT consultancy organisations
  • Agile training experience
  • Skilled in LMS management and content creation
  • Prior work in a consultancy

It would also be ideal if you had:

  • Experience working with big four consultancies
  • Retail specific focused training
  • Design Led thinking and/or Data Driven Decision Making training experience
